KPG-PAVING SOLUTION is a unique dust and erosion control product. When applied to the surface or mixed in with any soil, it will penetrate and extend down into the soil to create a tough layer of protection. Upon drying, KPG-PAVING SOLUTION binds the soil's particles together by forming a clear, plastic and resin bond.
The level of protection KPG-PAVING SOLUTION is determined by the amount used for each application. Light applications of KPG-PAVING SOLUTION are effective for cementing soil particles together for dust and erosion control while allowing water and air to still penetrate the surface. Heavier applications build durable and water proof surfaces. This hard surface is flexible and can even withstand the demands of vehicle traffic. This KPG-PAVING SOLUTION makes a cost-effective alternative treatment for unpaved roads.

Paving Solution I & II
PS I is the premium high solids (51 - 55% version of PS II (39-43%)

30,000 gallons (113,000 L) of KPG-Paving Solutions are available on an immediate basis.
Cure Time
KPG-Paving Solution will cure within 2-24 hours depending on the temperature.
Penetration Depth
Normal surface treatment penetrates 3/4" (2cm) deep. Application method, soil type and compaction are the determining factors.
Cold Weather
Cold weather will increase cure times.
Freezing
Freezing KPG-Paving Solution is not recommended. Polymers will coagulate and decrease the original strength.
Shipping
KPG-Paving Solution can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. and to any shipping port Internationally.
Dry Form
KPG-Paving Solution is a concentrated liquid and cannot be produced in dry form.

Normal Life Span
Unpaved Roads: 12 - 24 months+
Dust Control: 12 - 16+ months

Follow-up Applications
Once performance has reached the limits of its longevity, a follow-up application is necessary to restore and rejuvenate its optimal performance. Reapplying KPG-Paving Solution to a previously treated area requires usually only 20% of the original application amount to achieve the same results.
Soil Type
KPG-Paving Solution will perform with any soil type. Different soils require different application rates.
Salt Water Dilution
KPG-Paving Solution can be diluted in salt water (max 4% salt).
Rain/Precipitation
KPG-Paving Solution does not dissipate (wash away) with rain. Heavier concentrations, will actually waterproof the treated surface.
Decreased Application Rates
Decreasing the application rate (increased coverage) will result in reduced strength, longevity and performance.
Cleaning
KPG-Paving Solution is water-soluble. Application equipment should simply be rinsed out after use. Cured (hardened) KPG-Paving Solution is still water-soluble but requires some effort.
Hydro-seeding
A hydroseeder is recommended to mix and apply seed, mulch and KPG-Paving Solution together.
